UI Produces 117 First Class As 5,598 Students Graduate

The University of Ibadan (UI) during its convocation ceremony held on Monday, 14th November, 2016 graduated a total of 5,598 students in the first degree category.

According to the Vice Chancellor, Professor Idowu Olayinka, of the graduating made First Class Honours, 1,407 graduands came out with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) while 3,020 made Second Class Honours (Lower Division).

666 made Third Class Honours and 74 others had Passes with 314 in the Unclassified Degree category.
