UI schedule for collection of statements of result for the graduating set, 2024/2026

The University of Ibadan’s Examinations, Records and Administrative Data Processing Division (ERA) has announced the schedule for the collection of Statements of Results for graduating students of the 2024/2025 academic session.

The development was disclosed in a memorandum signed by the Examinations Officer, Halimah O. Adeoye, through the Deputy Registrar, ERA, on Wednesday, February 26, 2026.

“Further to the approval of the final year results for the 2024/2025 academic session by the Senate, please note that the distribution of Statements of Results will take place at the Examinations Office strictly according to the approved schedule for each faculty,” the memo stated.

Graduating students have been advised to appear for collection on the dates assigned to their faculties. They are also required to present their Admission Letter and Finalist Cross-Check printout.

The collection exercise will hold from Monday March 2, 2026 to Tuesday March 10, 2026 between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. as scheduled below:

Monday, March 2, 2026: Faculty of Nursing Science, Basic Medical Sciences, Public Health, and Veterinary Medicine

Tuesday, March 3, 2026: Faculty of Arts and Pharmaceutical Sciences

Wednesday, March 4, 2026: Faculty of Science

Thursday, March 5, 2026: Faculty of Education and Economics & Management Sciences

Friday, March 6, 2026: Faculty of Technology and The Social Sciences

Monday, March 9, 2026: Faculty of Law and Environmental Design & Management

Tuesday, March 10, 2026: Faculty of Agriculture and Renewable Natural Resources
