UI To Admit only 3000 Students out Of 33,000 In 2015/2016 Academic Year

The Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics), University of Ibadan, Prof. Gbemisola Oke, has disclosed that the institution will only admit 3,000 out of over 33,000 candidates that applied for admission into the institution this year.

She stated this during a stakeholders’ forum, organized by the Distance Learning Centre of the institution.

She advised candidates who met admission requirements but could not gain admission to embrace Distance Learning in their quest for a tertiary education.
