Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the college of community health Undergraduate and Postgraduate Diploma programmes for the 2026/2027 session

Eligibility Criteria for Admission for Undergraduate Programme

General Requirements

• Holder of Diploma in Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW)
• All applicant must possessfFive(5) 0/Level credit Passes in SSCE (WASCE, NECO, or GCE O/L) at not more than Two (2) sittings which most include: English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology
• Candidate for the One-year program must possess first Degree in Community Health Science, HND in Community Health, Public Health or Health
• For both programmes, Candidate must be registered by the Community Health Practitioners Board of Nigeria and possess a valid license to practice.

Eligibility Criteria for Admission for Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

General Requirements

• All applicants must possess five (5) O/L credits passes in SSCE (WASCE, NECO or GCE O/L) at not more than two (2) sittings which must include:
  i)English Language, ii) Mathematics, iii) Physics, iv) Chemistry, and v) Biology.
• All applicants must possess Community Health Officer certificate/result and valid current practicing license obtained from the Community Health Practitioners Registration Board of Nigeria (CHPRBN).
• All applicants must possess a Bachelor degree with a minimum of Second Class Honour (Lower Division) from the university recognized by the Senate of the University of Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria in any of the following disciplines:
• i) Community Health.
• ii) Health Education and
• iii) Public Health
• The National Youth Service Corp Discharge/Exemption/Exclusion certificate is compulsory which must be made available during the application.
