1. Log into https://umcatc.edves.net/ and select the category of form you wish to apply for.

2. Provide your details as required and you will be sent login credentials after submission.

3. Login to the portal with the credentials sent to the provided mail/phone number.

4. Take note of the Total Amount at the bottom of the landing page and pay same into the school account as displayed below
