UNIABUJA: Planned SUG Election ended in Disarray

It was gathered that the UNIABUJA SUG election that was scheduled to hold on the 3rd of June 2014 was disrupted.

According to information, a law student ran to the venue of the election and made away with the ballot box which he went to hid in the intelligent unit of the university.

This made some of the students in anger demanded that the election be cancelled since it has been disrupted despite the security measures in place.

This development could possibly lead to another ban on all SUG activities in the institution as it was learnt that most of the lecturers in the institution are against the re-introduction of SUG activities in the institution.
