UNIABUJA Remedial Science admission form, 2025/2026

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the one (1) year Remedial Science programme of the University of Abuja for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
To qualify for admission to Remedial Science programme, candidates must have credits in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Agricultural Science, English Language, Mathematics, at GCE, WAEC, NECO/SSCE, NABTEB.

DURATION OF THE PROGRAMME
Candidates admitted into the Remedial Science programme will undergo intensive studies for one academic session (2025/2026). They are also required to pass the two-semester Remedial examinations, meet the UTME cut-off mark for the University of Abuja, register for post-UTME, and have the entry requirement for enrolment into any science-based degree programme.

APPLICATION FORMS
Application forms can be purchased online at http://www.portal.uniabuja.edu.ng by following the steps below:

i. Visit http://www.portal.uniabuja.edu.ng

ii. Click on the new application and select Remedial.

iii. Fill in the required details and proceed to make a payment of Fifteen Thousand Naira only (№15,000.00).

iv. Candidates should complete the online Application Form with a valid email address and available phone number.

v. After submission, candidates are re-directed to the payment platform for payment. 

vi. Candidates should write down their RRR number for reference.

vii. On successful payment, a form number is generated for candidates.

viii. Tap and log in, complete the application form, then print and submit all necessary documents.

ix. Candidates are advised to check the University portal for possible admission with their Form number as the user's name, and Surname as the password.

x. If there is any issue with the payment, contact The Directorate of Information Technology, Management Services (ITMS) unit for assistance.

RETURN OF COMPLETED APPLICATION FORMS
Candidates are to print and submit their forms with a copy of:

• Birth Certificate
• O' Level Results/Certificate
• Medical Certificate of fitness
