UNICAL SUG President Flogged and Chased with Bottles by COVID-19 Taskforce Team in Calabar

There was a mild drama on Saturday May 16 2020, when the Cross River state taskforce team on COVID-19 led by the commissioner for culture and Tourism Eric Anderson, had a face off with university of Calabar SUG president and his friends Ra.

In a post that has since gone viral, the SUG president accused the taskforce team of flogging him and his entourage with canes and chasing them with bottles because one of them wasn't wearing a nose mask.
