UNIDEL Professional Diploma in Education admission 2025/2026 is ongoing

The Directorate of Professional Diploma in Education (DPDE) at the University of Delta, Agbor, Delta State, Nigeria, has officially announced its admission process for the 2026 academic session into the Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) programme.

Described as a "Gateway to the Teaching Profession," the programme is designed to provide professional training for:

· Academically qualified individuals interested in becoming professional teachers.

· Teachers already on the job but lacking professional teaching certificates.

· Qualified teachers seeking to enhance their professional and teaching skills.

Duration: The full-time programme runs for one (1) academic session. Upon completion, graduates will be eligible for registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN).

Entry Requirements: The programme is open to holders of:

· National Diploma (ND) & Higher National Diploma (HND)

· Bachelor's Degrees (B.A., B.Sc., etc.)

· Master's Degrees (M.A., M.Sc.)

· Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

The institution encourages all who do not possess the minimum teaching qualification to apply.
