UNILORIN SUG notice on clinic registration for fresh and returning students, 2024/2025

As disclosed by the Directorate of the University Health Services, clinic registration for fresh and returning students will commence on Monday, November 25, 2024.

Returning students (20OL and 300L) who are yet to register are hereby advised to take advantage of this opportunity, while the

exercise is ongoing. Furthermore, 300 Level and 400 Level.students of 5 and 6-year duration courses are required to pay a

late registration charges of two thousand naira only.

Duration: 3 Calendar Months (12weeks)

Time: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Venue: University Health Services (Clinic)

Please be duly informed that you are to bring along evidence of payment (of current University charges) and two recent

passport photographs.
