UNILORIN announces 297th Inaugural Lecture
The University of Ilorin (UNILORIN), Nigeria, has announced its Two Hundred and Ninety-Seventh (297th) Inaugural Lecture for the 2025/2026 academic session. The lecture forms part of the institutionβs longstanding tradition of showcasing scholarly excellence and intellectual contributions to national development.
The upcoming lecture is titled: βFrom Wobbling to Thriving Development: The Transformative Power of Adult Learning and Education for Sustainable Futures.β The presentation will explore the critical role of adult education in fostering sustainable growth, societal transformation, and long-term development.
Guest Lecturer
The lecture will be delivered by Professor Ayodele Anthony Fajonyomi, a distinguished academic from the Department of Adult and Primary Education, Faculty of Education, University of Ilorin.
