UNIMAID announces 25th combine convocation and Golden jubilee celebration

The University of Maiduguri has announced the date for its 25th Combined Convocation Ceremony and Golden Jubilee Celebration. According to a statement issued by the Office of the Registrar on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, the event will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025, at the Convocation Square, University of Maiduguri.

The ceremony will involve graduates from the 2021/2022, 2022/2023, and 2023/2024 academic sessions, covering both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Graduates are directed to collect their academic gowns from their respective Colleges and Faculties upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ₦2,000 at the Unimaid Microfinance Bank. The collection of gowns will commence on Monday, November 17, 2025.

The Registrar encouraged all graduates and members of the university community to be part of this historic celebration marking the university’s Golden Jubilee.
