UNIMAID notice on collection of matriculation gown

This is to inform all fresh students that the 44th Matriculation Ceremony of the University has been scheduled to take place on Tuesday, March 10, 2026 at 10:00am in the Convocation Square of the University.

Matriculating students are to note that matriculation is compulsory for all fresh students. They are to further note that collection of academic gowns for the ceremony is through their respective College/Faculty Officers effective from Thursday, March 5, 2026 at no cost whatsoever.

Students must return the gowns latest by Friday, March 13, 2026. Students who lose or damage their gowns will be required to pay the full cost of the gown as may be determined by the Bursar.
