UNIPORT Faculty of Law to Admit Students as from 2017/18 Session
University of Port-Harcourt, UNIPORT Faculty of Law is now ready to admit students beginning with the 2017/2018 Academic Session.
The long struggle by the University of Port Harcourt to establish a Faculty of Law has finally paid off as the Council of Legal Education recently approved admission of students into the Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree programme.

A statement by the Registrar, Mrs. Dorcas Otto, a copy of which was made available to UniPortWeekly, confirmed that: βThe Faculty of Law of the University of Port Harcourt is now ready to admit students beginning with the 2017/2018 Academic Session,β advising prospective candidates to select the University in the forthcoming Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board Examination.
Consequently, prospective candidates wishing to enroll into the Law Degree programme of the University are, therefore, advised to choose the Institution in the coming University Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). Further details would be made available on the Universityβs website at: www.uniport.edu.ng.
Candidates are also advised to listen to Radio UniPort 88.5 FM for more information on the new development.
