SAZU matriculation ceremony Details for 2025/2026 Session

The university administration has released official information regarding the upcoming matriculation ceremony for all newly admitted students for the 2025/2026 academic session.

The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 28th January, 2026, and will be held simultaneously at both the Gadau and Yuli Campuses.

All matriculating students are required to pay a non-refundable fee of ₦1,000 via remita. The payment receipt must be presented at the designated point for the collection of academic gowns.

Students are to note that all academic gowns must be returned to the collection point on or before Friday, 30th January, 2026.

A late return penalty has been stipulated: any student who fails to return the gown by the stated date will be required to pay a sum of ₦5,000.

The notice was issued by the Matriculation Committee and signed for the university. All fresh students are advised to comply with the outlined guidelines for a smooth ceremony.
