University of Agriculture, Science & Tech. Benue Pre-Science/Remedial Science Admission, 2025/2026

The University of Agriculture, Science and Technology was established and signed into law by the Government of Benue State in 2024 and was issued an operating license by the National Universities Commission (NUC) in 2025 with a mandate to provide polymathic education that is dedicated to cultivating minds through Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sciences, Computing, Innovation, Industry, Technology, Basic Medical Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, Veterinary Medicine and Allied Health Sciences.

Consequently, applications are invited from interested candidates for admission into a one-year Pre-Science/Remedial Science Programme of the University which will lead to admissions for Bachelors’ Degree programmes in the following schools:

i. School of Precision Agriculture  

ii. School of Computing and Innovation  

iii. School of Sustainable Forestry and Green Economy  

iv. School of Chemical Sciences and Technology  

v. School of Basic Medical Sciences  

vi. School of Clinical Sciences  

vii. School of Science and Industry  

viii. School of Allied Health Sciences

ix. School of Engineering and Technology  

x. School of Fisheries and Blue Economy  

xi. School of Livestock and Animal Biotechnology  

xii. School of Pharmaceutical Sciences

ENTRY REQUIREMENT 
Interested applicants must possess a minimum of 4 O'Level credit passes in WASSCE, SSCE, GCE or its equivalent in English Language, Mathematics/Further Mathematics, Chemistry/Physics, Biology/Agricultural Science.
