UNIDEL notice on extension of deadline for students registration

The Management of the University of Delta, Agbor, has released an official circular regarding the closure of the student registration portal. In a document signed by the Registrar, Dr. Mrs. Esther I. Akpojuvie, the university clarified that the portal closure could not be effected as originally scheduled.

According to the official statement, the delay in closing the portal is due to ongoing amendments of results. This technical window has provided an opportunity for the university to support students who have yet to finalize their academic documentation.

To ensure all students are properly accounted for, Management has approved an extension for portal access. The new deadline is now set for:

• Deadline: Midnight on Friday, 22nd May 2026
• Target Audience: All unregistered students

The university authority emphasizes that students must utilize this extension to complete all registration formalities. The circular clearly states that any student who fails to register by the new deadline will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the institution.

Students are advised to visit the official university portal at www.unidel.edu.ng to complete their process before the Friday, May 22nd cutoff.
