University of Education & Entrepreneurship Akamkpa issues reminder on exam conduct

‎‎The Management of the University has urged all academic staff whose examinations are scheduled for the specified dates to be present promptly at their respective examination venues to identify their students and provide the necessary assistance for the smooth conduct of the examinations.

‎This information was conveyed in a release signed by the Registrar of the University, Dr. Gabriel O. Egbe, who stated that, in order to ensure the smooth conduct of the examinations, the following access protocols must be strictly adhered to:‎

* ‎All staff, except those residing within the staff quarters, are required to enter the University through the main gate only.

* ‎Staff members must visibly display their official identity cards to facilitate easy verification and access through the gate.

* ‎For security and crowd-control purposes, only staff members shall be permitted to drive their vehicles into the campus throughout the duration of the examinations.

‎* ‎Students seeking entry into the campus must properly identify themselves at the gate and state a valid reason for their presence on the specified dates.

‎The Registrar further stated that Heads of Departments are hereby requested to communicate these directives to all relevant staff and students under their supervision for strict compliance.

‎Management appreciates the cooperation of all staff and students in adopting these measures, as they will contribute significantly to the orderly and seamless conduct of the examinations.
