University of Education & Entrepreneurship, Akamkpa reschedules first semester exam
The Management of the University wishes to inform all students that, following developments on campus today, Monday May 11, 2026, which led to the disruption of the scheduled First Semester Examinations, an emergency meeting of Management was convened to review and address the situation.
After due deliberations, the following decisions have been taken:
1. Postponement of Examinations
All First Semester Examinations earlier scheduled to hold this week have been postponed. The examinations will now commence on Monday, May 18, 2026.
2. Eligibility to Sit for Examinations
Only students who have fully paid their school fees will be permitted to sit for the First Semester Examinations. This policy remains in effect without exception.
3. Mandatory Means of Identification
All eligible students must present the following documents at the examination venue:
a. Evidence of payment of school fees (School Fees Receipt)
b. Duly completed Course Registration Slip
c. Valid Student Identity Card or any means of identification.
4. Conduct of Examinations
The rescheduled examinations shall be conducted faculty by faculty. Under no circumstances should students who are not scheduled for an examination be found within or around the examination venue.
5. Invigilation by Lecturers
All lecturers whose courses are scheduled to be taken are required to be physically present to invigilate their respective examinations.
Management urges all students to use this opportunity (Monday to Friday) to pay their school fees and complete other registration formalities as no appeal for extension of date shall be granted further. These decisions and directives should never be taken for granted as we expect our students to conduct themselves in an orderly and responsible manner while the university prepares for the rescheduled examinations.
Signed:
Gabriel O. Egbe, PhD
Registrar.
