University of Ibadan College of Medicine Provost and Deputy Provost Test Positive for Coronavirus

The provost and deputy provost of University of Ibadan College of Medicine, Prof. Ezekiel Olapade-Olaopa and Prof. Obafunke Denloye, have tested positive for coronavirus.

The provost made this known in a Whatsapp group message on Sunday morning, march 29 2020. According to the provost, they have gone into self-isolation for 14 days while people they came in contact with are being observed closely to determine if they should also be tested.
