UNILAG announces 452nd inaugural lecture

The University of Lagos, Nigeria, has announced its inaugural lecture for the 2025/2026 academic session, featuring an exploration of unpredictability as a central theme in modern scientific research.

Titled “Unpredictability: Indispensable Phenomena in Modern Scientific Exploration,” the lecture will be delivered by Professor Olasunkanmi Isaac Olusola, a distinguished Professor of Theoretical Physics.

Scheduled to hold on Wednesday, 4th February 2026, the event will begin at 4:00 p.m. at the J.F. Ade Ajayi Auditorium, University of Lagos.
