UNIZIK Postgraduate Admissions for 2026/2027 Academic Session

The College of Postgraduate Studies at Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK) has officially opened the application process for the 2026/2027 academic session. The university is offering a variety of programmes across Full-Time, Part-Time, and Online modes of study.

Available Programmes and Application Fees

Prospective students can apply for the following postgraduate tiers at the specified rates:

• Postgraduate Diploma (PGD): ₦25,000
• Master’s Degree: ₦25,000
• Master of Philosophy (MPhil) / PhD: ₦25,000
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD): ₦50,000

Special Requirements for PhD Applicants

Candidates applying for PhD programmes must adhere to the following additional criteria:

• Submit a typed research proposal of no more than five pages via the application portal.
• Prepare for a virtual Proposal Defense on a date to be communicated by the university.
