UNIZIK disclaimer notice on inappropriate party by purported students of the university

The attention of the Management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka has been drawn to the trending videos displaying obscene actions, allegedly involving students of the University.

We write to state that:

1. The individuals in the videos are not students of our noble Institution.

2. Our students have not been on campus since the strike action by the University Staff Unions began earlier this year. Consequently, it is preposterous to assume that the persons in the videos are students of Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

3. The Management of the University frowns at such immoral acts and thus reiterate the core values of Self discipline and good morals which the University is instilling in its students.
