UNIZIK Final Year Student Dies While Playing Basketball

Francis Chinedu Mmadubuobi, a 400 level student of the Department of Applied Microbiology and Brewing, Nnamdi Azikiwe University, reportedly slumped during a basketball game on Saturday July 21, 2018.

The student was rushed to the University medical Centre, but there was no doctor to attend to him neither was there any facility to resuscitate him, according to reports.

Francis was later rush to another hospital were was pronounced dead open arrival.

The deceased was said to have signed out few days back ahead of his final paper which is holding today,  23rd July, 2018.
