Adamawa State College of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Studies announces job vacancies

The Adamawa State Government, under the administration of His Excellency, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for Academic and Non-Teaching/Technical positions at the newly established ADCOTIES, Gulak.

Academic Departments

Positions are available across the following disciplines:

• Computer Science (Computing Science)
• Procurement & Supply (Economics, Business Administration, Management, Purchasing & Supply)
• Micro-Finance & Entrepreneurship Development
• Electrical/Electronics Engineering Technology
• Renewable Energy Engineering Technology
• Fashion Design & Clothing Technology
• Welding & Fabrication Engineering Technology

Available Positions

A. Academic Staff Positions

• Senior Lecturer II: Requires a Master’s degree with 12 years of experience or a PhD with 9 years of experience, plus relevant publications and professional membership.
• Lecturer II: Requires a Master’s degree with at least 6 years of teaching/research experience and 3 journal publications.
• Assistant Lecturer: Requires a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline plus NYSC discharge/exemption.
• Graduate Assistant: Requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper or HND with Distinction.

B. Non-Teaching/Technical Positions

Note: Only Adamawa State Indigenes may apply for these specific positions.

• Administrative & Legal: Senior Assistant Registrar, Admin Officer II, Legal Officer, and Confidential Secretary I.
• Finance & Audit: Principal Internal Auditor, Accountant II, and Higher Executive Officers (Audit/Procurement).
• Technical & Specialized: Principal Quantity Surveyor/Civil Engineer II, Senior Information Officer, Programmer/System Analyst, and Librarian II.
• Medical Centre: Senior Nursing Officer, Pharmacy Technologist, and Medical Lab Scientist.

National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF)

Positions are also open for Senior Instructors and Instructors in technical fields including Mechanical Engineering, Catering & Hotel Management, and Computer Hardware Engineering.
