1. POSITION: REGISTRAR

Role Summary:
The Registrar is the chief administrative officer of the College, responsible for the effective management of academic administration, student records, institutional compliance, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all academic and administrative records of the College.
  • Coordinate admissions, registration, and student documentation.
  • Serve as Secretary to the College Board and Management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Manage institutional documentation, policies, and official correspondence.
  • Coordinate examinations, results processing, and certification.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree is an added advantage).
  • Relevant experience in academic administration.
  • Strong organizational and record management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership ability.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

2. POSITION: COLLEGE BURSAR

Role Summary:
The College Bursar is the chief financial officer of the College, responsible for managing all financial operations, ensuring accountability, transparency, and efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all financial transactions and records of the College.
  • Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
  • Oversee revenue collection and expenditure control.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
  • Supervise payroll and financial planning processes.
  • Advise management on financial strategy and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills.
  • High level of integrity and accountability.
  • Experience in educational or institutional finance is preferred.
