What If Institutions Decide to Conduct post-UTME With CBT?

Information reaching me has it that Nnamdi Azikiwe University may conduct the 2015/2016 Post-UTME using the CBT method.

It has been also rumored that many other federal universities in Nigeria may likely apply the same method.

My question is if this happens how do you think it will affect the general performance of candidates. Will it be positive or negative. Your candid opinion please.
