YABATECH Post-UTME 2025: Cut-off marks, Eligibility and Registration Details

Applications for Post-UTME Screening are hereby invited from interested 2025 UTME candidates who applied for admission into Yaba College of Technology for Full Time National Diploma (ND) and B.Sc. (Ed.) in Technical Education programmes (100/200 Level) affiliated with University of Nigeria, Nsukka. This notice which is online shall be available for six (6) weeks effective from the date of this publication.

ELIGIBILITY
1. First Choice: YABATECH must be the first-choice institution for all candidates

2. UTME Score: A minimum score of 160 is required for both National Diploma (ND) and B.Sc. Degree (100 Level) programs in affiliation with University of Nigeria, Nsukka in the 2025/2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

3. Direct Entry: All direct entry B.Sc. Degree (200 level) candidates for programs affiliated with University of Nigeria, Nsukka, are also required to apply appropriately on the College Portal.

4. Age: All candidates must be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2025. Candidates who do not meet the age requirement are advised in their own interest not to apply.

5. Second/Third Choice: Candidates who chose YABATECH as a second or third choice institution must change it to their first choice on the JAMB portal to be eligible.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

1. Apply through the College Website at http://www.yabatech.edu.ng

2. Click on the "POST UTME SCREENING 2025/2026" link on the College website.

3. Complete the application process by following the instructions provided on the portal.

4. Pay the processing fee of two thousand Naira (N2,000.00). This amount excludes result verification fee and any transaction charges.

5. Payments can be made online or at a bank. Be informed that the College does not accept cash payments.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

Candidates are advised to supply correct data on the portal as they will be responsible for any error made during registration. Non-compliance with this directive will result in disqualification.

Inconsistency in name or picture on photo card will not be accepted by the College and may lead to disqualification of concerned candidates. Candidates' names on their O'level Certificates, UTME results and other registration documents must also be consistent.
