Zamfara State University Announces 2025/2026 Matriculation Ceremony

The Vice Chancellor of Zamfara State University, Professor A.I. Tsafe, on behalf of the Governing Council, Senate, Staff, and Students, has officially announced the upcoming Matriculation Ceremony and Orientation Programme.

The event is designed to formally welcome and integrate fresh undergraduate students into the university community for the 2025/2026 Academic Session.

Event Details

New students, parents, and members of the general public are invited to attend the ceremony scheduled to take place as follows:

• Date: Tuesday, 14th April, 2026
• Time: 11:00 AM Prompt
• Venue: University Auditorium Hall, Permanent Site

The Orientation Programme, which runs in conjunction with the matriculation, aims to provide new students with essential information regarding university regulations, academic expectations, and campus life.

All fresh undergraduate students are expected to be seated at the venue at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the ceremony.
